Oakland Real Estate, Warming Communities One Coat at a Time

East Bay Sotheby’s Realty invites you to join us in celebrating the 2008 Holiday Season. Sotheby’s Holiday Open House will be held at our Montclair office on Thursday, Dec 4, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. We are joining together with the locally founded charity One Warm Coat drive. Montclair Village annual Holiday Stroll, a community event, is also being held that day. Merchants open their place of business and offer refreshments and prizes; there is musical entertainment in period costumes and the entire Village is decorated to celebrate the Season. It is a very festive and fun filled evening.

In honor of the event and in an effort to give back to our community, Sotheby’s will be collecting “gently worn, clean coats” to help those in need. If you have a coat or snow suit to donate, especially one for a child, please bring it to our Montclair office by Dec 4th. We’ll have a cup of warm cider or glass of wine waiting for you so we can share a little holiday magic together.
